I've had three separate appointments for service here and the staff here has been absolutely amazing. They've waived fees for me, given me a ride back to my house and picked me up when it's taken longer, and always quoted me almost exactly what the service is. They've been quick to finish repairs needed and were open about how long the repairs should take prior to the appointment. First of all, ask for Mr. Marty Boom White, and he will get you a vehicle. Since I arrived to dealer I was greeted and explained everything in detail of how the vecicle and processes of the loan for my new vehicle was going to work. The personnel don't stress you to get on a vehicle. The Process was very smooth and relax. The facilities super clean. Variety of selections for snacks as well and sitting area for customers.
The sales representative was very helpful. She listened to me to ensure that I got the vehicle that I wanted. The process was explained to me in a way that I understood. When I had questions, she answered them or got an answer for me. So far, I'm loving my purchase!!!
I had routine maintenance done and some other work which was accomplished to a high standard. I did find out that they overlook the need to fill washer fluid and the car indicator was prelit. I called went back and the matter was completed quickly. The staff was very professional and helpful.
