RGD the advisor was excellent. The only issue was information regarding the technology explanation and item changes with mpg. and then having to return again to deal with another FOB that Toyota had a shortage originally.

Had to wait 17 minutes to see a service advisor even with an appointment. 4 other people came in after me and were served right away. After service they did not go over what they had done.
