Convenient The dealership was expecting me when I arrived for my appointment and had the loan car available. My vehicle was ready the following day as promised. A very friendly, knowledgeable and competent staff.

Sales Service Upon our arrival to the dealership, we were greeted but said we were just looking so were left alone to walk around. A second agent greeted us but said he was busy with another customer but answered some of our questions so we continued to wander. Best car buying experience ever! From the minute I walked into South County Lexus and met Tim Tran until I drove off in my new Lexus, I had the best experience buying a car Ive ever had! Tim Tran assured me I would drive off in the car of my dreams and he made it happen! I have been in sales for 30 years and Tim is by far the very best sales person I have ever encountered. Great Experience! Greg Holley was an awesome sales advisor. He went out of his way to pick me up at another location which was so convenient. He was also very patient with me and made it possible to get the car I really wanted!
Great service and buying experience from start to finish I think it was the best car purchase experience. I believe it was due to Chris Cirignano. He was friendly, helpful and not pushy but knew we were serious buyers and worked with us through the purchase. Thank you Chris. Also Patrick from the loan office was positive and fun and added to the experience.
amazziiinnggg amazziiinnggg Tim is amaaazinnnggg!!!!! Made our 3 hour trip to the dealership completely worth it!!!!!!! Even though we were buying an Acura from them.... he definitely didn't treat us any different!!!!! I would recommend this dealership in a heart beat!!!! All the employees that would walk by always so friendly and professional!!!!! NOT ONE PLACE LIKE THIS ONE!!!!!! POOH and to top it off.... Tim filled up our Tammy before giving us the car!!!!!

Customer service is outstanding I had an excellent experience with my car purchase. My sales associate Ted Bokhari went over the top to make the deal and I feel that I got an excellent lease rate. The dealership is top notch in every way. I will definitely recommend them and will be back on when my lease terminates.
