Great Experience This was a great buying experience. Greg was Awesome, He helped my husband and I buy my first Lexus. It was Kind, answered all of our questions and even called Lexus Financial to voice our concerns. He was also upfront about everything. Great Guy to work with. My best car buying experience This has been my best car buying experience. Joe was very easy to working with, and always upfront about everything. I always lease my cars so I go through this process every 2 or 3 years, but I always hate dealing with the sleazy sales men. I was here to help someone else with a car purchase, and since Joe was so easy to work with, I decided to get an IS 250 for myself. Wonderful experience. I have always dreaded car shopping. So. County Lexus made this a very pleasant experience due to the professional, friendly and very patient staff. Bradley Merda was great to work with as he was never pushy or assuming, but listened well and was very accommodating (and patient!). Customer service is number one there and I would go back to purchase there again in a heartbeat.

Good experience, happy ending, got what I wanted! Special thanks to Anita Rami, sell person. Definitely, I will recommend this dealer to whoever want to buy Lexus. Very friendly environment, no hard feeling. The finance department was quick to the point and didn't give me hard time when I declined some of the unnecessary services unlike somewhere else that I had been experienced. Awesome in general.
