While those performing MRI were wonderful, the fact that it will not be read for 7-9 days is totally unacceptable! It's been a week since I had the MRI, and I cannot continue my cancer treatment without the results.
Entire front desk staff was extremely pleasant & took excellent care of me both prior/following appt while waiting for CD - Tiffany and her crew have convinced me to choose SJRA Moorestown in the future & they blessed/encouraged me!! :)
Everyone was so quick and efficient. Dawn in ultrasound and Dr Gehringer really made me feel comfortable with my biopsy decision. Their honest confidence was very helpful. I was really happy to see my results in my patient portal by the time I got in my car. Anyone who doesn’t utilize their patient portal when using SJRA has no reason for saying they can’t get their results. Keep it up!
Totally amazing!! Tiffany helped me download my X-ray scripts from my chart (with my permission). She’s so kind and made sure I was able to get my X-rays today and not have to reschedule. The facility is very clean and they get you in and out! I e only been to the Willingboro location (that I love) but, Moorestown is great as well!! Thanks again Tiffany!
