All of the staff is super kind, and super efficient. I’ve never waited long in the waiting room or while on the chair. On top of that, they were honest with what work I needed done (unlike another place) and gave a good price. They also had a payment plan with a very reasonable rate. My treatment is taking longer than expected, but they are being super nice working through the process, and haven’t added on unexpected fees because of it. All in all this is a great place and I’d recommend.
I highly recommend Dr Carter! The office staff is kind and accommodating. Our appointments were always on time. Dr Carter himself is personable and makes an effort to know his patients. I am so happy with my son’s smile! What a difference in 1 year!
Dr. Chris Carter’s office is hands down the nicest and sincerest staff of any dental office. They as have a great appointment system in place with scheduling reminders and are super accommodating around our very challenging student athlete’s schedule. Dr. Carter personally checks each braces appointment, to supervise the dental hygienists’ work, and to make sure teeth are aligned properly to the braces. Amazing staff who are genuinely super helpful and happy. Dr. Carter is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Really impressed with how warm and comforting he is as well as his staff. I’m in my 50’s going to orthodontist for the first time & getting Invisalign. I highly recommend him to anyone needing orthodontic care at any age. 👍👍
