They have been phenomenal in working with my compounded prescriptions for over 7 years now. If something with a script or anything else seems wonky or different, they check in with me personally. They care about their customers needing their medications and also are very helpful when you have questions. Love SR. their supplement selection is also fabulous.
I get all my vitamins supplements at South River because they are purest and the prices are reasonable. If I can’t find what I’m looking for the staff is always helpful. I go to the one in the west end on Mayland Drive. They are a compounding pharmacy and they are the only place I would trust to have them made for me.
Very interesting store. Lots of natural compounds. I got a jar of ointment that has REALLY helped with severe headaches.
This place is very unprofessional and poor customer service . I have been trying to get a necessary prescription for my three months old daughter for darn near two months and was unable to get it . Everytime they enter in her information it would come back rejected guess do not accept Medicaid . Received a letter from Sentara Community plan saying it is covered and no authorization is needed . Excellent customer service! I needed a specific compounded prescription for my ear, and they were able to fulfill what I needed. The actual store is clean, well-kept, and organized.
