My visit with Dr Niazi was for my first root canal and I was more than a bit discomforted by the concept. In fact, it turned out to be one of most professional and routine visit I have ever had with a dentist of any type. Without question, my experience with Dr Niazi puts him in at the top of all my dental providers in my adult life (75). Exceptional communicator. His staff are also outstanding.
Dr. Olsson was wonderful! I was anxious and in pain going into the appointment and Dr. Olsson and staff made me feel like I was in good hands. I couldn’t ask for a better experience under the circumstances!
From the start, the treatment I received is excellent. Areas I noted worth mentioning. 1. Staffs- friendly, polite, accommodating and follow through every steps of the way. I’m genuinely pleased how I was welcomed and felt important. 2. Technical- we all have our own dislikes of anything to do with dentist, however, this too was a surprise. I had to have a root canal done. Dr. Niazi and the whole staff are excellent! Dental work causes me some anxiety. They were very understanding and made the whole process as good as can be. I really appreciate Dr. Niazi and the way he talks you through every step of the process. That makes it easier for me to know what to expect and how much longer the procedure will take. Excellent Doctor and technicians.
Dr Olsson and her entire team are great. Front office staff were very helpful. The hygienist was amazing. She explained everything that was going to happen and why. She made me feel pampered. Dr Olsson was very thorough and efficient and made sure I was comfortable. All this happened on essentially an emergency basis due to my situation. The office was immaculate. I would recommend Dr Olsson for sure.
My regular dentist referred me to Dr. Olsson when I needed a root canal. I am not a fan of dental procedures, but I can’t say enough good. The entire process was quick and easy. The doctor and staff were Very polite and friendly. I have no qualms about recommending Dr. Olsson and her staff. Thanks so much!!
