The office staff at Southdale are friendly, efficient and very helpful when making appointments & having to reschedule. Brittany the hygienist is fantastic! She is professional , always checking in with your comfort level and is a perfectionist ensuring your teeth are sparkling before you leave! The dentists are equally encouraging & professional. Highly recommend this office.
It is always a pleasure (as far as a dental visit can be called pleasure) to see one of the dentists at the clinic. The dentists are very professional and the staff is always friendly and courteous.
All the staff there were excellent at communication, super nice and helping you understand what's happening.
I had cracked my tooth and they made sure I was able to get it looked at the next day with Dr. Glockner. It was quite clear the staff were deeply committed to my care and it was truly an excellent customer experience!
