John has been my realtor through two purchases and one sale. John goes above and beyond what is necessary to either sell a home or buy a home. His background in finance and business makes him stand apart from other realtors. This background aides him in great negotiation, customer service and insuring you are happy with the process before and after the sale or purchase. Having worked with 4 other realtors in my lifetime - John stands above and beyond the rest and I will always use him when needed. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of working with John B as out-of-town buyers.ÂHe was extremely helpful during the entire process including finding a lender and was able to negotiate a much better price for our new home for us. John handled the whole process for us including the lender recommendation, Âthe inspections, the closing attorney etc..
