First, the process was great, the car has driven perfectly for thousands of miles and is better than advertised. Ali 'the great'..... Always gets the deal done for you, going the extra mile to pick you up or shuttle me to the bank, or follow up on the service contract for you. Vehicles are older but the difference is these are mainly loaded or close to it because people take better care of something they paid extra for. In my case.... I wasn't disappointed.
