I have nothing but good to say about my experience with SCOMSA. Victor Ho and his staff make coming here a pleasure. I have not waited more than 5 - 10 minutes to be called the three times I've visited so far. The staff is as friendly as can be and both my tooth extraction and today's X - ray were completed without delay. Dr. Ho is great at explaining all you'll want and need to know about the procedure(s) to be done. Highly recommended.
The office staff is very nice and efficient. Dr. Cheung is extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to and quite a charming and fun person. But what really impressed me is that he and the nurses were very gentle and comforting during the surgery, which was a complete success!!
I came in for a first time evaluation and teeth extraction. Veronica, my care coordinator, was kind and attentive to my concerns. Dr. Ho arrived to introduce himself. Unfortunately, Dr. Victor Ho was arrogant and rude. He gave me rushed answers and invalidated my concerns about my teeth, shortly leaving the room. I was terrified but I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here (along with sedation). After my surgery, I couldn’t believe that I didn’t have any pain only a bit of discomfort that didn’t last long at all. This office gives you medication and all the tools you need to heal properly. Dr Cheung is very thorough. I had an implant in December of 22 and it is doing well. I like that he has had me come back twice after my crown was placed to check that tooth is aligned properly. He does not charge extra for the checkups! He is also a very upbeat and happy person!
