I had broken a crown about 2 weeks ago and Dr. Smith had already completed the preliminary work for a new permanent crown. Permanent crown was put in place at this appointment at a very reasonable cost. Thank you, Dr. Smith!
Had a sudden tooth issue, got in first thing the next morning. Was taken back to the treatment room right on time. Doc and staff were friendly and accommodating. Back in my truck in under 30 minutes.
Dr. Maddox is my favorite dentist ever! I used to hate going to the dentist, but he and his staff make it fun! I'm using in and out in under 30 minutes and always love catching up with Dr. Maddox at the end of my appointment. Highly recommend Dr. Maddox at Southern Dental Birmingham!
I had a crown done this afternoon and it was painless. Dr. Maddox and Marilyn were so great and kept making sure I was ok and wasn't feeling anything. The whole experience from beginning to end was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this office!
