New carpet and vinyl flooring both look great. There were a couple of difficult areas that we were concerned about where carpet met wood flooring, but they were all dealt with in a timely manner. We are very happy with the results.

I contacted Souther Flooring on a Thursday afternoon to replace the carpeting in my Mother's house ASAP. Her house is located 1 1/2 hours from Tallahassee and we needrd the carpet replaced while she was in the hospital recovering from an unexpected surgery. Our salesaman Mike was able to work with his installers and get it installed the next Monday! No other carpeting companies in Tallahassee were able to do it in less than 2 weeks. They delivered as promised and the carpet was installed without any issues!
Ruthie helped me choose the perfect floor. I was replacing flooring done wrong, so was concerned. She stuck with me until I found just the right one. I appreciate that. Joseph Dekle removed the substandard floors done by someone else, and installed the new floors. He was professional, easy to work with and a perfectionist. They are gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier. Southern Flooring and Jospeh did a fantastic job from start to finish.
Southern Flooring has been my only flooring source over the years. Now, I need to replace other flooring in a room, hallway, and other areas, using wood purchased a while back that will match. Business must be good. A week or so ago, the lady answering the phone took a message for the sales repr. that is assigned to me, for a call back. Later, I called again, left a message. We absolutely love the way our floors turned out!!! It was an amazing experience from day one. They were extremely accommodating and helpful. The installers did a great job and were so friendly. I would definitely use them again!
Our rental condo looks great with new vinyl plank and carpet. The team did an excellent job of installation and Mike Money was incredibly helpful and easy to work with - so personable and friendly. He knows his business!
