Hi Lisa, thank you for your review. As with all new patients and established patients we require our patients to be present at the start of their appointment. We cannot start our day late as this affects the rest of our day and impacts not only other patients but our team members as well. Stephanie listened to your concerns and only stated the facts of our office, which is that you must arrive on time for your appointment.
Charged me for an appointment when there equipment wasn’t working and I had to come back also they don’t answer the phone and charged me for a missed appointment.

the admin staff had a new patient sit from 8:10a to 8:55 to just tell her that she will need to bring he two children back at 2p. Then when asked to speak with the Office Manager Danielle she said that this is the reason why all new patients should arrive 15-minutrs early, but I was confused bcuz there was a need for a referral and no one knew this until 8:55am? We appreciate you writing this review on behalf of your sister but you have been misinformed. They did not “sit” from 8:10-8:55 because that’s when they were filling out paperwork. When they did turn in their paperwork and the front desk noticed they required a referral....that THEY did not provide, they questioned as to where the referral was. The front desk attempted to contact the patients doctor but the office was closed until 9:00. Mind you their appointment time was at 8:15. The patients mother attempted to contact th... read more
Treat your customers with respect! Don't curse at them because you decide to lock up early for lunch. Hire customer friendly/focused staff. Get Customer First training!

No one "cursed" at your husband. Your husband was violently beating on our door and he was told firmly to stop by management. When told to stop he became hostile and started charging at one of our employees. Like all other doctors we are by appointment only and if we would like to close for lunch early that's our right as an employer. There are two sides to every story and it's not everyday we fear for our safety that we must call the police in our Waldorf office and then our Clinton location...after he was told he was not ... read more
Terrible service.
I would not recommend this place! There are plenty of of other podiatrists that care about your genuine physical health.
Worst service ever! Everything in this office is about the money. Late fees, form completion fees, suggestions to buy things you really don’t need like vitamins and equipment. I had a surgery with Dr Pointer. It all was horribly wrong...the stitch job, staph infection, tendons pulled too tight, broken hardware in my foot! And then given the run around for 6 months with the explanation of it healing “over time”. Collecting co-pay after co-pay for me to be told nothing had changed after 6 months.
