RecommendedCaring. Professional. The doctor's assistant wasn't that good. And gave me the WRONG post-op wound care kit! It had NONE of the items she used to wrap my foot. For my trip home.

RecommendedMy very first appointment was yesterday, Friday, October 1st, 2021 with Dr. Pointer and I was very impressed. When I first walked into the office, I was immediately greeted warmly by the staff. My wait time to be seen by Dr. Pointer was minimal and every one of his staff greeted me as I walked through the office to the examination room. I would be remiss if I did not mention how gorgeous and extremely clean their entire office is. I understand their office manager is responsible for redecorating the office. RecommendedThe doctor was thorough and pleasant. The staff was great. I observed a patient who was a little upset because he was told he had a balance. He stated he always ask before he leaves so he didn't understand why this happened. The receptionist was very polite and told him they have to wait to see what his insurance pays before they can say if he owes a balance. Great job!
