Work included replacing over 50 sq.ft. of counter tops with man made stone, new kitchen sink, and new tile back splash. Job was a nightmare. My experience? During design, multiple attempts made to "upgrade" to more expensive materials. One of four "clips" holding the under mount sink fell out within 48 hours. Do it yourself if you can
Our project was to be 4 to 6 weeks to completely redo our main bath. In 6 weeks the crew has worked on our project approximately 2.5 weeks. We are in our 7th week and no one has showed up to finish our project. No one has contacted us. Items have been installed then damaged, (i.e. tub, tub spout). Tile work is not finished, the tile work needs cleaned up. We are completely frustrated at this point in our project and see no end in sight.
The countertop was installed quickly, but have since made complaints about the condition of the seams, i.e., they are rough, and a couple of nicks in the granite. The seams were redone once already, but are still rough, plus the nicks were fixed and whatever they did immediately came out. Was suppose to have been fixed last Friday (9/27), but a guy only came out to look at my concerns and said he'd be back this Friday (10/4) to repair them. Initally very happy with salespeople and attention to our project. We experienced a few issues right beofre and during installation that we would like to address. The foremost was the lack of communication about the install. No call to let us know of a change or to confirm the new day once we were notified as we were told. No follow-up call after install. Quality of work questionable due to poor fixes/alterations/mismeasurement (?) and lack of communication with install staff. Professionalism of plumber questioned.
