I had a good experience, all of my questions were answered and I didn't have to wait a long time.
I had been waiting for 2 or 3 years to have the procedure done. Why? Fear of the unknown. Anyway, staff was great, friendly and yet efficient; Dr. Ferrara was excellent! I was surprised how easy the procudure was. Very grateful for the professionalism and responsiveness toward everything. Thanks gang!
