First off let me start off by saying I've been a customer of this storage unit for some time now. I called recently inquiring about a another unit and was told on the phone that there was a unit available and when I arrived 30 minutes later there were no units available I would have to use an outside unit until an inside unit became available. So I agreed to do that it was told that once the inside unit became available I would be the first to called so I could transfer my stuff from the outside to the inside climate control... read more
Very dissatisfied with the way this facility handles client issues. I was told if I needed a bigger unit all I had to do was upgrade and pay the difference. When my husband went into the office to upgrade only 2 days after getting our unit, the office told him he wasnt able to make changes (even though his name was in the paperwork.) He was forced to open a total new account and pay an additional $180 dollars for a new unit.
