I just wanted to say thank you to your Assistant Manager Krystal. I came in on a Saturday to get some info about a unit. She was in the middle of renting a unit to another customer but still took the time to welcome me in and make me comfortable and aware that she would be with me soon. I felt very welcomed and didn’t wait long to be assisted. Even though I didn’t rent a unit on Saturday I will definitely be back to get a unit when I’m moving out of my house!
