I have used storage facilities in the past that were just that. This place is not only clean, safe and convenient, the people who work there are the most excellent representatives of your company! Corey and Olivia are a huge mix of friendly and professional. Corey put me at ease immediately about my items and even helped me work out the kinks on my moving day! Tiffany was very courteous and friendly. Tiffany explained detailed information on how to file my claim and what was the cause of the damage. I also very grateful that Tiffany was able to give me a new unit right away so the rest of my belongings would not get damaged as well
