The staff at the Voters Road location are by far the nicest. Ian went above and beyond to help us while we were out of town. Kim sat down with us and chatted like we were best friends.

When I Say Awesome, I mean awesome!! The office was locked when I arrived, the signage on the door told me EXACTLY where to find an employee. I pulled around the property and found the golf cart and Ms. Kim just as the signage said. She was actually at a unit that I needed to look at. I was satisfied, and we went to the office to get rented and I was done. The property and office is very clean, she explained all the rules and the reasons. Thank you for SUCH A SMOOTH transaction. I definitely recommend this place.

The property manager there in Slidell Mrs.Kim is a wonderful person she have good good customer service and I will recommend the storage unit to anybody. I don’t live in the area I’m from Mississippi but Mrs. Kim is the best person I ever met she have a pleasant attitude. Her personality and customer service make you want to rent a unit there. Thank you Mrs.Kim for making me feel comfortable when I came in.

Very easy process to setup storage. Units are clean, well laid out and easy to get in and out of. Large driveways.
