Becky, the manager and Andy her assistant manager are wonderful to work with. They are both very helpful and accommodating. They make it very easy to work with, assist and make it so easy to sign up for the storage unit that you like and work to find other alternatives if a client is not happy with the one they have and work to find one that is more to their liking. Everything went well. The manager and assistant there are very courteous, pleasant, and helpful. Becky and Cindy are great.
Very efficient and helpful personnel. We dealt mostly with Cindy in the Destin Fl. location, and she is exceptional.
Could not ask for nicer girls than Becky and Cindy. Customer service and property management way above 5 STARS. I was truly impressed. They kept in contact with me helping me to keep from messing up. Hard to get old sometimes, they are a true asset to this company.
It was wonderful to interact with such nice, friendly, and helpful office staff.
Very professional and courteous. Have a lot going on at the moment with moving the kindness as well patience really helped.. Highly recommend.
