Lorri was a great help! I just left from a horrible experience from trying to rent from another rental place from up the street. It is refreshing to know that Southern Self-Storage still knows what customer service is!

Ms Lorri was very patient with me during my visit. I had an accident at work and am unable to move around quickly. She took her time and made my visit quite easy. This is my third time renting at this facility and its always clean and the staff has always been pleasant.
