Mr. Shock is extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He takes the time to actually listen to the needs of the customer. Then he offers solutions which best suit the customer’s needs. Mr. Shock personally cleans and maintains the entire facility. He makes sure each unit is clean and in perfectly working order before showing it to a potential client. Brad went above and beyond. I miscalculated the size of storage needed and he transitioned me to a larger unit seamlessly. I was able tp utilize my unit immediately and I'm very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you Brad.
