From the initial contact to the filling of the storage unit we could not be more pleased. The manager Dan was exceptionally and help throughout the process. The facility and the unit was clean and we felt very safe leaving our valuables there. We highly recommend this location.
I worked with Dan over the phone and he helped very quickly and to the point so that when I came in person I could just grab the keys and start! He is the sweetest and even personally cleaned our unit the day before . The storage unit We got is very spacious and cool temp. Thank you for making my military start smooth.
My overall experience was frustrating as the office closed early the day I showed Up to get my unit however, the support from the central office was extraordinary! And a HUGE shoutout to Connie, who drove to my location and got me in my storage unit!! Connie was absolutely amazing and my 5⭐️ rating reflects this kind of attitude and support!
Dan at Southern Self Storage Santa Rosa Beach had a temperature controlled unit for our company REN30A LLC. The customer service is excellent and the facility is very clean and convenient as we have many projects going on in the area.
Easy to rent and very well maintained!!! I appreciated how convenient the unit was, how clean the facility is, and how organized the office was. Highly recommend them!!!
