Estelle helped us greatly throughout the process, from originally renting a space and then upgrading to a larger available space after we determined that need. Estelle is friendly, efficient, and she took care of necessary details, which made the experience happen quickly. The storage space was clean and is meeting our needs. We appreciate the security cameras, the metal fencing, the code-activated security gate, and the staff on-site during the day.

Ms. Kim stayed on a Saturday to make sure that we got the unit we needed. The process was fast and easy and we felt great about the decision!
