Under a new insurance carrier I needed to find a new dentist. I found Southern smiles denist studio as someone that was in my network. Had amazing experience there for a cleaning. Most places want you to meet with them. Then come back for another appointment just for a cleaning. Southern smiles Dental studio was great. Brianna did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and making everything easy. It was probably the most enjoyable tooth cleaning I've ever had. I almost fell asleep.
Overall satisfied … services are rather expensive but the staff is nice. The dental assistant I had was not very nice in the beginning of my procedure. She was very short and her bed side manner wasn’t welcoming however, the dentist did well and the second assistant was nicer. They just don’t go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Overall decent experience.
I had the pleasure of visiting Southern Smile for the first time yesterday. I am very bad about going to the dentist regularly, it can give me some anxiety. I had Bri as my hygienist, and she was just what I needed to shake off the anxiousness. She was personable, funny, and did a great job of keeping me informed. She also made sure I was scheduled for our next visit before I even left the chair, so I wouldn’t have an excuse to not be consistent! I would recommend Southern Smiles for anyone looking for a new dentistry.
Doctor Gilroy is a phenomenal Dentist. fantastic, awesome. Very professional and fast with his work. Explain things clearly. The staff are very nice and polite. Very clean establishment. They are truly the best.
The dentists that worked with me were extremely nice and understanding. I felt comfortable with them. I didn’t feel judged. They listened to and acknowledged my concerns. I will certainly continue their treatment plan at this office.
