Southern Star is the only group I'll consider to do work on my roof. Their team is well-trained in customer service as they collaborate with customers in an efficient manner with the utmost respect. They are not the type to persuade you to make an insurance claim for a new roof or suggest repairs you do not need. They are honest and transparent about their quotes and flexible on pricing to an extent. I have used Southern Star Roofing for several years now for roof inspections, roof repairs, and new roof installation. Brandon Johnson and his team are top notch. Every time I have used them they are completely professional in how they deal with me as a customer as well as extremely knowledgeable and thorough in the work they perform. I am a very satisfied customer. I will continue to use them and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in search of a good roofing company in the Charlotte area.

Southern Star Roofing is INCREDIBLE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Southern Star Roofing is great! They helped with a roofing repair at my house that was more than a little tricky, but they were up for the challenge! It didn't get quite fixed after the first time out, but they were determined to get it fixed and it was never a bother to them. Definitely use them if you get a chance, they stand behind their work!
