I my case, and I am confident it is in all cases, Dr Harvan projects a sense of genuine caring about her patients. I have been transformed from a white knuckled patient to one that can actually have a good time while in a dental chair. Plus fact that Dr Harvan is an excellent dentist doesn't hurt either. Highly recommended her and her staff.
I loved that Southland Smiles had message chairs that gave you a message while you where having your teeth cleaned. I thought that was such a nice touch that instantly made me feel very relaxed while I was there. It truly was a pleasant experience visiting the dentist office. I will certainly recommend Southland Smiles to my friends and family.
Just had another periodic exam with Dr. Harvan. As always she was thorough and very pleasant during the exam. I enjoy that my treatment plan is developed collaboratively, with my input considered. My hygienist and support staff were efficient and friendly.
Dr. Kristina is very warm and comforting. She knows how stressful dental work can make you feel and she talks you through your experience and helps to relieve your anxiety. Thank you.
