This is such a solid company with great product but more importantly, great service. Just a phone call to the main office late on a Friday to ask for help in trying to figure out why my new lawn from seed is now dying in spots resulted in an unexpected, in-person visit from a company representative within an hour or so. He spent quite a bit of time with me to ensure that all my questions were answered and I knew what needed to be done to remedy the problem, as well as keep the lawn looking good for the future. You can't ask for better customer service than that!!
A few months ago Renato from Southand Sod Farms taught me how to renew my lawn. He was available by phone every step of the way and even made a housecall. A couple of months later after it was complete and grown in, Renato followed up with me again and made sure everything was perfect for my new lawn. I really appreciate the customer service from Southland and especially from Renato. I don't know any other company who would do that. Thank you guys!
