I had a consultation with Dr. Jennifer Keyser on Tuesday. I have severe dental phobia and she was so very understanding, compassionate and patient with me. I have set another appointment with her to have a tooth extracted and even though I’m still very nervous, she assured me and made me feel confident that everything will be ok. I have used South OMS to extract two teeth over the past few years. The most recent being in January, 2024. The doctor, Natalie Smith, was very caring in her coordination with my cardiologist and in her analysis of the work that needed to be done. The procedure went as well as could be expected. I experienced no major post extraction pain. I do not look forward to having any additional teeth extracted, but, should it be necessary, I will use South OMS.
I have had two extractions and an implant with Dr. Keyser. She is, in my opinion, an amazing combination of knowledge, talent and integrity wrapped in a caring attitude. The medical and administrative support staff members reflect the same dedication to patient care, comfort and attention to detail. I would, and in fact already have, referred a number of friends and coworkers to this practice.
Met with Dr. Keyser today for a consultation for a tooth extraction. I was very impressed and relieved with her thoroughness in explaining my procedure….which will be tomorrow. I had my extraction done by Dr.Keyser. She had given me a prescription to take before my procedure since I’m a very nervous dental patient. It worked great. The extraction went smoothly and I was given instructions for daily care. I have been following those and have had no problems. I highly recommend Dr.Keizer.
Dr. Vincent and his team were great and very accommodating. Everyone told me to expect a lot of pain and have plenty of time to recover. This thankfully was not the case. I was able to drive myself to and from the appoint and a week out I have yet to feel any pain. It was an incredible experience from start to finish and I would highly suggest Dr. Vincent for anyone in need of a wisdom tooth extraction. -Marshall
