Got done quickly, the attendant was knowledgeable and respectful.
We had a great buying experience with our salesperson (Debbie). Everyone was friendly and we were not there all day.
Service was quick and I was kept updated on status
Normally these guys have great customer care and do great service work but recently they've been slacking, and thus my mother in-law and I have had growing skepticism. One simple example, I spent 2x as much or more for an oil change and then find out they didn't even reset the in dash oil gage. Not a big deal, but details matter and like I said, they've been slacking. I'll still take my Hondas there, but I'll probably do the work myself whenever possible.

I paid $400 for my 2017 Ridgeline transmission flush. I searched online for the average cost of a flush and found out it was $150 to $300. My bad for not checking before I requested it. Your dealership is huge and everyone I had contact with treated me very well.
