Joe was pleasant, and I felt completely at ease talking to him. He went the extra mile and loaned his iPhone charger to me to use when I realized I had left mine in the car, which had already been sent back to the technician. Also, I did not realize how bad 2 of my tires had worn, but the picture he showed me convinced me to go ahead and replace them there so the car would pass inspection.
Joe Francisco is the reason I go to South Point Honda. He is a decent and honest man who keeps me informed on the progress of my repair.
