Very professional and courteous
I have been a Honda owner since 2006, and recently acquired a new Honda Pilot. As a female of color, especially Latinx, it's often rare to have a positive experience at dealerships. Chris Wallace at your dealership is the exception. He's been incredibly professional, culturally sensitive, and respectful. His patience and detailed explanations are greatly appreciated. Thanks to this experience , I'm already considering my next Honda.

I know a lot of folks say don't ever have your car serviced by the dealership. However, I have to say that I have only had great experiences with Southpoint Honda. Joe Defrancesco is my go-to service advisor. He is top notch! Honest, high integrity and just a great person. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
