Great job by Ed Henao my service consultant. Helped take care of the issue right away.
Same great service that I have been receiving
On plus side: no high pressure sales tactics. On negative: it took over 3hrs to ge my car the day i came to pickup. No reason for that.Also did not appreciate attempt to add things on when i sat down to pay. I expected that everything would be ready and i would write the check and drive away. Seemed that nothing had been done at all. No consideration for taking my entire morning.
