For the most part, the experience was very good. The gravel guard was coming off of my daughter's HRV. I took it the rest of the way off and took it to the dealership to be replaced. They put on a new one instead of replacing the old one, but I didn't specifically ask them to use the old one in the cargo area. They might not have looked and assumed the old one came off.

Friendly staff from the moment I stepped into the service area. Very helpful, efficient. Helped me get the recalls done that were very overdue. Helped me with oil change, et al, while i was there.
