The customer service was great (Rachel Webb). The shock of the bill was difficult to take in because I dropped the car off the week prior for the same problem. It repeated itself so, I brought it back to discover there was a totally different problem.
Joe Defrancisco kept me fully informed of the work that needed to be done on my car.
