First time here and had an exceptional experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They comforted both my cat and myself as I tend to get emotional seeing my baby scared. They gave my cat so much love that she barely felt her shot! I will definitely be coming back as needed. Thank you for caring for my fur baby :)

I have been in Olathe for about six months and had been taking my animals to another vet in town. Today my silly girl Kenzi went and hurt her tail. I called the other vet and they could not see me so I started calling around and Southside is the only one with a appointment opening. The young receptionist was very warm and welcoming. The Vet Tech tired to make Kenzi comfortable because she is a shy girl and gave her lots of treats. Dr. Thayer was gentle to her and reassured me that she was going to be ok. Thank you! The veterinarian was wonderful, the people kind. Prices are ridiculoous.
They were all so great! Made me and my dog feel comfortable. Our vet was so sweet and nice! This is our new place.
