I love this vet clinic. Since 2010, they have cared for 5 of our dogs and 2 cats. Unless we try to reserve the kenneling several months out, their kenneling is always full. We have spent thousands of dollars there. We need to be able to kennel our pets in a place that know our pets; as they are all rescues and have their quirks. Please change the decision to stop boarding services. Feel free to forward this review to The new Corporate owners.
I have great respect for Dr. Herbeck He always takes great care of all my K9s. He tells it like it is, Dr. Herbeck goes above and beyond to help these animals get well. And remain in good health.
We have taken our dogs and cats to Southside for years for their care. They have been efficient and caring in all of their services.
Dr. West and the staff were so caring and compassionate when we recently had our 14 yr old lab put to sleep. They explained step by step what they were giving to him and answered all my questions
The office girls are very nice and courteous. The vets are the best. Would greatly recommend
We have been so thankful for the doctors and staff at Southside Vet. Our dog was diagnosed with a condition that was rather rare and Dr. West and his staff did all that they could to make sure she received the correct treatment. Because of their thoroughness, she is doing so much better. They have taken such wonderful care of our dog and have always been very transparent about any treatments necessary. I've always had excellent service and care for all of my animals! One of my cats, Fisher, had a urinary blockage and Dr. Herbeck was SO good to and for him. He had to spend a lot of time in and out of the hospital. The rate was reasonable for his overnight stay and I was assured and confident he was getting the best of care. They loved him like he was their own!

Thank you to Dr West and staff for being so kind and compassionate today when we put our sweet old cat Tux to sleep.
