I appreciated their up front pricing and prompt pickup, getting to my location in about 15 minutes. I locked my keys in a rental car trunk and I had a horrible experience with the locksmith. Southside was able to answer my call quickly and put me through to a dispatcher with a short wait time. The prices were competitive. My only gripe is when I asked them to quote a price, they gave me one price and raised it after I explained my situation. That was irritating. terrible service disrespectful unhelpful unprofessional damaged interior & body of vehicle without taking responsibility they do not care about your property multiple stolen items, out multiple vehicles on the property the owner himself is very rude never helpful and leaves to advoid the situation front desk lady super disrespectful unhelpful and lies

My car was towed due to being accident.... Tow trucker driver stole all my belongings out of my vehicle!!!! When I called to let them know I was told my stuff was probably stolen out of my car prior to it being towed when I was there when my car was towed!!!!! Do not use this place for a tow! They are high price and your belongings will be stolen!!!! Had I know the smallest things would be taken out of my car I would have took it!!! It's the principle!!! Poor business all around! Please go to another place if you have those options. Front desk worker(female) was texting & finishing up her food before assisting me.. its afternoon btw. They also come up with prices off there head & add up extra fees. Don't waste your time !
