Where to begin. After much agonizing, I finally decided to have breast reduction. Dr. Zakhary and office staff tried to talk me out of even attempting to use my insurance, saying that I most likely would not be covered. When my insurance DID agree to cover my procedure Dr. Zakhary then lied to me about my insurance coverage and told me they required a minimum of tissue removal in order for my insurance to pay.
