https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=446972211461395&id=100084458587729 This was the old clinic I used to go to in New Mexico when I first got clean from drugs! I’m now on my fourth year of this journey, and it’s been a tough one, but I want to give a huge shoutout to Southwest Care Center in Santa Fe and Albuquerque for helping me start this cleanup of my life. Their support and care have given me so much experience, strength, and hope. I love that I’m featured on their website for Pride Month. They deserve a lot of ... read more

Southwest Care - Nearly killed me with their complete and utter incompetence and lack of responsiveness. Specifically ignored 7 attempts in writing, phone messages, and one visit in person to get a referral to higher care. I lost 43 days at work, I nearly died, I am still on oxygen waiting for a referral for pulmonary evaluation and rehab. The real kicker was the nurse telling me not to overload Dr. Faynessa Hernandez with too many things or she will deliberately ignore them because she/southwest care is fucking incompetent... read more

Natural herbs have cured so many illness that drugs and injection cant cure. I've seen the great importance of natural herbs and the wonderful work they have done in people's lives. i read people's testimonies online on how they were cured of herpes, HIV, diabetics etc by Dr Oje Abacha herbal medicine, so i decided to contact the doctor because i know nature has the power to heal anything. I was diagnosed with HIV for the past 7 years but Dr Oje Abacha cured me with his herbs and i referred my aunt and her husband to h... read more

Had an appointment 7.13.22, scheduled for several months, to interview Hannah Espera for my primary care provider. After waiting over an hour to see her, I left due to having another appointment. I asked the front desk staff if this was common behavior for her and was told, "Yes. She does this a lot." I understand that issues may come up to cause someone to fall behind during their day, but making patients wait regularly is unacceptable to me. I will not be using this center for my healthcare. 😡

Having worked in healthcare education for the last 10 years, and a spouse who works in healthcare I was highly disappointed at the treatment I received today during my appointment. My appointment started out with being told it was "unfortunate" that I was pregnant. I was not seeking OB services today, but an outside concern unrelated to my pregnancy (a severe sinus infection). The provider, Par (an NP), refused to help provide solutions for me to alleviate my severe symptoms. He told me to contact my OBGYN and spent a tot... read more

well it used to be 5 star care. now it's 3rd world care. the medical director that replaced Dr gallant clearly has no business running a medical office of any size. All the long time staff has left, the new staff are impolite and call you a liar after you get angry for waiting an hour to see the phlebotomist, who went to lunch without anyone telling you were there. the same thing happened today. between 30 and 45 minutes waiting (I know because I picked up my meds at the pharmacy at 11:45, and walked over to the clinic). at ... read more
