The room was super cute, beds were comfortable, and the shower was great. We only had a short stay but I would have loved to stay longer. Loved the decorations - the room was very unique.

Phone didn’t work to call when upper guests were too loud. Fireplace wouldn’t turn off so ac was fighting the heat

All of the staff, from maintenance (Wyatt), to front desk , to breakfast attendant (Laurel), were extremely friendly and helpful. The property was well kept. We were more than ecstatic to return to Southwest Inn after honeymooning there 20 years ago. We were delighted to find a beautiful Thank you note, bottle of wine, and chocolates awaiting us when we entered our suite, congratulating us on our 20 year anniversary. We will not wait another twenty years to return.
