We love staying at Boutique Hotels, and this one did not disappoint. Love the quiet location, close to but not in the downtown area, so Uber is affordable, but you still get a good night’s sleep. The room was very clean and private, we didn't hear guests in the adjacent rooms at all. The Inn is just 2 blocks from one of the 3 Sedona Shuttle locations which will take you to the trailheads for free, alleviating the need to hassle with driving and wasting your time being unsuccessful in finding one of the limited parking spots.... read more

Cute property but felt needed a refresh. Not worth what we had to pay but was spring break Staff was ok. Had an automatic person when u walked in (on an electric device). One time needed something and was hard to get a real person

We loved this hotel. Beautifully decorated room - warm and ambient. Loved the colors and furniture. Fireplace in room. The view was beautiful. So quiet. Never hear another guest. Great shower - very clean bathroom and room. This was the nicest experience we have ever had at a hotel.

We had some maintenance issues with our room. Ceiling fan not working properly. Wall lamp was not secured properly to wall. Felt floors could have been much cleaner. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Extremely happy with the location.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, the gas fire place was a nice touch. It was a shame he rainy weather prevented us from sitting on the balcony.
