The walks and transitions from parking lot to sidewalks were poorly lit and did not have yellow or red highlights. We both tripped when walking about the property. The included breakfast was adequate but was not restocked after the first “wave” of quests.

We thought the location was excellent and the surrounding mountain view was amazing. Also loved that it was well within the city attractions but just outside of the busier part of the city and traffic. Unfortunately we only stayed one night so we can't really rate the service, but loved the room decor and theme of the hotel. The fireplace was an added bonus and provided a certain level of charm that we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

The suite was comfortable, sizeable, 2 tv’s, Refrigerator, good bathroom, reasonable breakfast....not to mention the pool and hot tub. Staff was excellent.

Good location, but old, dusty carpets--not for anyone with vulnerability to dust allergies. Our room was not cleaned over 3 days, even though we specifically requested it.
