Was nice... however... We could hear people in the room above us walking. Anytime they turned the shower on, the sound was very loud!

We loved the location and view from the hotel. Were disappointed that the hot tub was not in working order. This was a big reason we had chosen to stay here for a girls weekend away. Would have been helpful had that been notated on the website

From the beginning, when I called to check on an accessible bathroom, Katrina was wonderful! She was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. She also checked us in when we arrived and couldn't have been nicer! We loved the delicious and nutritious Tarahumara burritos for breakfast. We had a wonderful stay and the only recommendation would be to think about replacing the carpet soon, although it is not super important in the scheme of things. I recommend this hotel!!!

For the price it was an excellent value. The room was clean and spacious with a nice fireplace and very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was a little different with no meat of any kind
