Not bad, not great, would try a different 300 dollar room if we come back. I guess for 300+ dollars a night I was expecting a little more, but honestly, this might be what 300 dollars gets you in Sedona. The grounds are well kept, but near busy road. It feels like it was a motel in the past. The room and bathroom were big with some unique pieces of furniture, but then obscured by older, dated things like uncomfortable dirty couch and chair.
