I just completed the purchase of my 3rd spa from Southwest Pool and Spa. Very satisfied with the service received over many years. On the last purchase, Bri was great with sales and answering all questions on a salt spa. Delivery was good and on time. Kourtney, their tech help correct a problem with my electrical from previous spa. Thanks

Overall excellent experience with our new pool! Dave was great with the sales process and super helpful during the build itself keeping us informed. Once completed, Kortney gave us an excellent orientation on the operations and has been extremely helpful in resolving a couple minor issues in very timely manner!

I spoke with Bree to schedule a service technician to check out our pool pump and automatic cleaning system. Bree was very helpful. She was able to schedule Courtney to come out that afternoon. Courtney was very personable and it was clear he is an expert at what he does. Courtney fixed our problem and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. Thanks to Bree and Courtney for delivering great customer service!

As a local Realtor I am in constant need of excellent contractors to make repairs. I had a pool in Abilene that needed some love. Bri was my contact person, she was so helpful and went out of her way to talk to me and make sure all the systems of this inground pool were in order. After discovering one last issue, she sent her Techs out the same day so we could close on the property. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Great local business !!
