Working remotely from our corporate headquarters in the Twin Cities has my paycheck depend on my computer. When it crashed, I panicked! Miguel at Spa City iRepair not only retrieved my data and fixed my computer, but was super personable, making the experience so much less stressful! I've walked through the door three times and EVERY time, I've seen them with other customers, giving them the same great customer service I got. My computer works better than it did out of the box!!
Just had an amazing experience with Miguel today had a iPhone 5c that had a cracked screen and was not working at all. He had a couple ahead of me so he said it would take a little bit and told me what time to come back and when I got back it was ready to go and was working properly. 5 star customer service
